Keeping it too real can sometimes not be politically correct , well on Unapologetically Authentic we have uncensored conversations and interviews which are raw and unscripted that touch on issues facing society as well as personal issues of our guest. I would describe it as a recorded therapy session which helps listeners who relate to the topic that episode confront their own personal struggles. Our goal is to be the voice of reason.
In season 1's finale we are discussing new years resolutions, the change we aim to make and just a small recap on the past year and all its lessons. This is the finale of the mental health season where I believe we covered pretty much everything. In season 2 we will have new topics and exciting changes to the show so stay tuned.
Happy new years to all my listeners.

Episode 5 - Rather be hated for who you are than loved for who you pretend to be
Often we go through life putting on a mask pretending to be someone else to please people because you don't like who you really are, in this episode we talk about finding yourself and being confident in who you are regardless of peoples opinions.

Episode 4 - Life in 2020 (The good, the bad, the ugly)
This episode is quite extended because I had a lot to unpack about what went on this year, I touched on topics ranging from police brutality , finances all the way to love and relationship, its raw conversation between best friends (the listener and I).
I do not want to promise a set upload schedule but I will upload every time I feel inspired to speak authentically to my listeners.
Hope you enjoy

Episode 3 - Sexual assault in the black community
Sexual assualt is a raising concern amongst the black community, lately I have been reading countless articles on the matter and it prompted me to make this short rant, it is very precise and to the point because I did not want to drag out an issue that I have not experienced personally this episode is aimed towards raising awareness and helping victims speak out about their experiences.

Episode 2 - Let go, take back your power and start over
In episode 2 we discuss situations and relationship that you need to let go when you realize they no longer spark joy or serve a purpose in your life in order for you to move forward and become the you that you've always desired to be.
We dive deep into how to know when to let go and also how to start over after you have succeeded.

Episode 1 - Having a toxic relationship with yourself
This is the first episode of the Unapologetically Authentic Podcast, it speaks on how we do things to ourselves that are negative but fail to hold ourselves accountable but if someone else does these same things to you then you label the relationship toxic so we are diving into the world of having a toxic relationship with the person staring at you in the mirror and how to navigate through it.
I would like to give a disclaimer that I am not a mental health professional and all of my views and opinions are from personal experience, research and observations.
Enjoy :)
