<p>டமுக்கு டப்பா டுமுக்கு டுமா. இதுதான் வழிப்போக்கன் போட்காஸ்ட். கதைகளுக்கான தண்டு தேடல்ல போயிட்டு இருக்கிற வழிப்போக்கன் ஒரு காட்டு பிரதேசத்துல ஒரு மரத்துக்கு கீழ ஓய்வெடுத்துட்டு இருக்கிறான். அந்த டைம்ல ரெண்டு மரம் வெட்டிகள் மரங்களை வெட்டிட்டு இருக்கிறான். அதுல கொஞ்ச நேரம் இருந்து பார்க்கும்போது ஒரு மரம் வெட்டுறவரு கொஞ்சம் தள்ளி ஒரு இடத்துல போறாரு காட்டுக்குள்ள. கொஞ்ச நேரம் கழிச்சு ஒரு அரை மணி நேரம் கழிச்சு திரும்ப வந்து திரும்ப மரம் வெட்ட ஸ்டார்ட் பண்றார்.</p><p>இது எல்லாம் நடந்ததுக்கு பிறகு கடைசியா இவங்க ரெண்டு பேரும் வெட்டின விறகுகளை அளந்து பார்க்கும்போது இந்த இடையில ஒரு 30 மினிட்ஸ் வெளிய போனவர கவுண்ட் வந்துட்டு கூட இருக்குது. இது இந்த வழிப்போக்கனுக்கு ஆச்சரியத்தை கொடுக்குது. வழிப்போக்கனுக்கு மட்டும் இல்ல கூட விறகு வெட்டிட்டு இருந்தவருக்கும் ஆச்சரியத்தை கொடுக்குது. ஏனென்றால் அவர் தொடர்ந்து விறகு வெட்டிட்டு இருக்காரு மற்றவரு. இந்த ரெண்டாவதுவர் இடையில ஒரு ஹாஃப் அன் ஹவர் பிரேக் எடுத்துட்டு வந்து திரும்ப வெட்டுறாரு. அப்ப எப்படி இவர் கவுண்ட் வந்துட்டு கூட இருக்கலாம் என்று ஒரு ஆச்சரியம்.</p><p>திரும்ப இந்த கியூரியாசிட்டில வழிப்போக்கன் திரும்ப நாளைக்கும் அடுத்த அண்டும் இதே இடத்துக்கு வராரு. இதே போல நடக்குது. ரெண்டு பேரும் வெட்ட ஒரே டைம்ல ஸ்டார்ட் பண்றாங்க. இடையில இவர் பிரேக் எடுக்குறாரு. வந்து திரும்ப வெட்டுறாரு ஒரு ஹாஃப் அன் ஹவர் கழிச்சு. ரெண்டு பேரும் ஒரே டைம்ல முடிக்கிறாங்க. ஸ்டில் அந்த ஹாஃப் அன் ஹவர் பிரேக் எடுத்தவர கவுண்ட் வந்துட்டு கூட இருக்குது. வழிப்போக்கனுக்கும் ஒரே கியூரியாசிட்டி. அப்ப அடுத்த வந்து இந்த வழிப்போக்கன் வராரு. இந்த நாள் அவர் பிரேக் எடுக்க போகும்போது இந்த வழிப்போக்கனும் கூட போறாரு. கூட போய் பார்க்கும்போது ஒரு தூரத்துல இவர் போய் ஒரு பாறையில அமர்ந்து இவர் தன்னுடைய கோடரியை எடுத்து ஒரு பாறையால தீட்டிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். ஷார்ப்பன் பண்ணிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். ஒரு ஹாஃப் அன் ஹவர் ஷார்ப்பன் பண்ணிட்டு திரும்ப வராரு. திரும்ப வந்து வெட்டுறாரு. இந்த வழிப்போக்கனுக்கு கொஞ்சம் ஏதோ புரியுது.</p><p>அடுத்த அண்டு வந்த வழிப்போக்கன் இதே போல நடக்கிறதை பார்த்துட்டு அந்த வழிப்போக்கன் கியூரியாசிட்டி காரணமாக அவர்ட்ட கேட்கிறார். நீங்க என்ன ஸ்பெஷலா செய்றீங்க அப்படின்னு. இவருக்கு கூட மத்த அந்த விறகு வெட்டியும் கேட்கிறார். அதுக்கு அவர் நான் எதுவுமே ஸ்பெஷலா செய்யல. ஒரு ஹாஃப் அன் ஹவர் எடுத்து நான் என்ட ஆயுதத்தை தீட்டிக் கொள்வேன். தீட்டிட்டு வந்து வெட்டுவேன். எனக்கு இன்னும் வெட்டுறது ஈஸியா இருக்கும் அப்படின்னு சொல்றார். இதை புரிஞ்சுக்கிட்ட வழிப்போக்கன் அந்த மத்த விறகு வெட்டியும் தொடர்ந்து அவரும் தன்ட ஆயுதங்களை தீட்ட ஸ்டார்ட் பண்றாரு அடுத்தடுத்த நாட்கள்ல. வழிப்போக்கன் இந்த கதையிலிருந்து தனக்கு கிடைச்ச பாடத்தை நினைச்சுக்கொண்டே வெளியில போறார்.</p><p>அதாவது என்ன நடக்குதுன்னு சொன்னா நம்மளும் ஒரு குறிக்கோள்ல ஃபோக்கஸா இருக்கிறோம். அந்த குறிக்கோளை அடையிறதுக்காக விடாமுயற்சியா உழைக்கிறோம். ஆனா நம்ம மறக்குற விஷயம் என்னன்னா தேர் இஸ் எ டிஃபரன்ஸ் பிட்வீன் ஹார்ட் வொர்க் அண்ட் ஸ்மார்ட் வொர்க். அதாவது ஹார்டா வொர்க் பண்றதுக்கும் ஸ்மார்ட்டா வொர்க் பண்றதுக்கும் ஒரு புத்திசாலித்தனமா வொர்க் பண்றதுக்கும் ஒரு டிஃபரன்ஸ் இருக்கு. நம்ம உழைச்சு உழைச்சு உழைச்சு டார்கெட்ல ஃபோக்கஸ் பண்றோமே தவிர நம்ம அதை எப்படி இலகுவா அடைந்து கொள்ளலாம். இல்லாட்டி நம்ம அதை அடையிறதுக்கு நம்ம என்ன மாதிரியான முன்னேற்றங்களை செஞ்சு கொள்ளலாம்ங்கிறத நம்ம மறந்துடுறோம்.</p><p>இந்த விறகு வெட்டி போல நம்மளும் ஒரு நேரம் எடுத்து நம்மட ஆயுதங்களை கூர்மைப்படுத்திக் கொண்டா நம்மட வேலைகளும் ஈஸியா இருக்கும். உதாரணத்துக்கு நீங்க ஒரு விஷயத்துல ஒரு ஒரு விஷயத்தை ஒரு கோர்ஸ் வொர்க்கையோ ஒரு ப்ரொஜெக்ட்டையோ ஒரு அசெஸ்மெண்ட்டையோ அணுக போயிருந்தீங்க. இல்லாட்டி ஒரு வொர்க்ல ஒரு பிரச்சனையை அணுக போறீங்க. அதுக்கு முதல் அந்த பிரச்சனையை அனலைஸ் பண்ணி இதை எந்த எந்த மாதிரியான விடயங்கள்ல சால்வ் பண்ணலாம். இல்லாட்டி எப்படி எப்படி எல்லாம் சால்வ் பண்ணிருக்காங்க. இல்லாட்டி நான் இதுல புதுசா எந்த ஒரு டூலை என்ன ஒரு விஷயங்களை யூஸ் பண்ணலாம்ங்கிறதுக்கு ஒரு கொஞ்ச நேரம் டைம் ஸ்பென்ட் பண்ணீங்க அப்படின்னு சொன்னா கடைசியா வர்ற அவுட்கம் உங்களுக்கு மிகவும் சிறந்ததா இருக்கும். அதுக்கு எடுக்கிற நேரமும் மிகவும் குறையா இருக்கும். இது இல்லாம நம்ம தனியா அந்த வேலையை செய்ய போறோம் அப்படின்னு சொன்னா நம்ம வெறுமனே ஹார்ட் வொர்க் தான் செய்வோம். நம்மளும் டிரைன் ஆகுவோம். நம்ம அதை உரிய முறையில அணுகி கொள்ளவும் மாட்டோம். டமுக்கு டப்பா டுமுக்கு டுமா. இதுதான் வழிப்போக்கன் போட்காஸ்ட்.</p>
