Hola! Soy Velvet Estrada En redes sociales pueden ver un poco más de mi y estoy como @vevefitness Soy orgullosamente guatemalteca nací el 14 de mayo de 1981. Tengo un hermoso hijo y soy apasionada del mundo Fitness Estudie la carrera de Fisioterapia tengo certificación Internacional de Personal Trainer, hice cursos en la IFBB Academy de entrenamiento y Nutrición, el año pasado fui becada por CDAG para cursar el diplomado de Ciencias Aplicadas al Deporte. Me dedico 100% a la vida Fitness soy fundadora y entrenadora de mi Gimnasio ENERGYM ubicado en Amatitlán el cual lleva ya 14 años operando, ayudando y motivando a más personas a llevar un mejor estilo de vida. He competido por 6 años en la Federación de Fisicoculturismo fui seleccionada para eventos nacionales e internacionales en la categoría Bikini Fitness, en los cuales siempre coseché triunfos y puse en alto el nombre de Guatemala. Soy fiel creyente que el deporte transforma vidas de una manera tan positiva por lo cual todos debemos involucrarnos de manera activa.
