<p>I wrote this poem in my free time for fun and I hope you enjoy it.</p> <p>Poem:</p> <p><strong>Dream</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, you are here.</strong></p> <p><strong>The one I been waiting for.</strong></p> <p><strong>The one that gives me warmth and happiness.</strong></p> <p><strong>The one that will love me and care for me.</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, you held my hand tight.</strong></p> <p><strong>Telling me that you’re here with me.</strong></p> <p><strong>The warmth of your palm makes me feel protected and love.</strong></p> <p><strong>The warmth of your palm gives me hope.</strong></p> <p><strong>The hope that one day I’ll find you.</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, you smile.</strong></p> <p><strong>The smile of a thousand stars.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your smile was bright, like a beautiful flower in the morning sun.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your smile brings me joy and happiness.</strong></p> <p><strong>The joy and happiness I haven’t known.</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, you were everything.</strong></p> <p><strong>Everything that I wanted,</strong></p> <p><strong>Your touches, your kisses, your hugs.</strong></p> <p><strong>They are everything to me.</strong></p> <p><strong>Your touches were gentle and loving,</strong></p> <p><strong>Your kisses were an explosion of passion and love,</strong></p> <p><strong>Your hugs were the embrace of care and protection.</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, I told you I miss you.</strong></p> <p><strong>But now I realize what I meant by it.</strong></p> <p><strong>I miss you in my life,</strong></p> <p><strong>You were the missing piece that I need.</strong></p> <p><strong>The only one that truly matters.</strong></p> <p><strong>In my dream, I woke up.</strong></p> <p><strong>I woke up without you,</strong></p> <p><strong>But I know I’ll find you one day.</strong></p> <p><strong>Not in my dream, but in my life.</strong></p> <p><strong>~ Vi Thai</strong></p>

Ep 2: Love
<p>This is a poem I wrote about how I want to experience love and how much it mean to me. I wrote this for my English final but I hope that you enjoy it!</p> <p>Poem:</p> <p><strong>Love</strong></p> <p><strong>Love is something I haven’t known.</strong></p> <p><strong>Love is a mystery to me.</strong></p> <p><strong>It’s something I think of every day.</strong></p> <p><strong>Love is like a flower in me,</strong></p> <p><strong>Waiting for the right time and the right person to bloom for.</strong></p> <p><strong>Love is something I want to devote myself to,</strong></p> <p><strong>Something I would lavish to have.</strong></p> <p><strong>Love isn’t minuscule it is immense.</strong></p> <p><strong>I want to experience the power of perpetual love.</strong></p> <p><strong>The power that will make me feel loved for the rest of my life.</strong></p> <p><strong>One day I will find the zest of love,</strong></p> <p><strong>The zest that invigorated me more than anything.</strong></p> <p><strong>But the love I want is the things most people want to spite</strong></p> <p><strong>The love I want is the things people disapprove of.</strong></p> <p><strong>But despite their disapproval, I will never want to be surreptitious.</strong></p> <p><strong>Their words are obsolete and frivolous to me and will never affect me.</strong></p> <p><strong>I will proudly declare the love I want,</strong></p> <p><strong>and feel the way I want to.</strong></p> <p><strong>~ Vi Thai</strong></p>
