<p>WE'RE BACK -- kinda. Behind The Scenes of Managing A Guild
<p>In today's episode, we talk about our experiences running a guild in an MMORPG. We ran a guild together in Maplestory 2 called Vibrant (RIP), and wanted to share how we created a community, the different kinds of conflicts that we had to deal with (both within the guild and drama outside of the guild), and what really went on behind the scenes in Vibrant. Hopefully this episode inspires people to create their own guilds as well!</p>
