Lynette & Duf met each other in 2017 on an Ayahuasca retreat and instantly clicked, after months of diving into conversations about the universe, law of attraction, synchronicity and the conscious/unconscious they decided to Podcast their conversations and invite really cool people to join in their chat!

Philosopher, musician, author and poet. Duf is a prolific seeker of answers about life, spirituality, life between lives, near death experiences and psychic abilities. A great researcher into the works of Michael Newton PhD, Peter Fenwick and Edgar Casey - one could say he is obsessed with everything out of the ordinary.
After many years of meditation, which led him to the concept of creating your own reality and the teachings of Esther/Abraham Hicks. He has found a love of deep conversations about life and how it really works.
Happily married with 2 beautiful children, he currently lives in the UK and seeks to understand ‘everything’ as well as create awesome music and inspiring stories.
Lynette Allen -
Medicine woman, author & broadcaster, Lynette uses the sacred plant medicine Cacao, ritual and meditation to bring alignment to source and grounding to her earth. She holds ceremonial space for women, she is a coach, loves conversation about the Law of Attraction, Esther Hicks, plant medicine journeys and the vibrational and energetic world we live in. She is fascinated with people’s journeys from confusion to clarity and can talk for hours about synchronicity, divine timing and trusting in the ‘flow’.
Over the past 4 years, Lynette has been on a radical life transition herself which took her from working in the European corporate world empowering women, to ditching her high heels, all her suits and corporate clients - swapping them for plant medicine, ritual & ceremony where she continues her work to support the feminine to rise at this vital time in the planets evolution.
Right now, she can be found living on the edge of the jungle in Bali with her husband Mark and youngest daughter Livvie aged 7. She is also mum to Rosi and Nanny to Rhoda and Mac.
