Wet toetreding zorgaanbieders (Wtza): grote verandering, weinig bekendheid
<p>Wat krijg je als zorgaanbieder voor je kiezen als je de Wet toetreding zorgaanbieders (Wtza) moet uitvoeren? Lopen zorgprofessionals tegen problemen aan? En waarom was deze wet nodig? “Uit onderzoek van VvAA blijkt dat slechts 6% van de zorgverleners meer dan alleen het doel van deze wet kende voor inwerkingtreding op 1 januari 2022. Halverwege het jaar steeg dit naar 18%. Opmerkelijk genoeg is het eind 2022 weer gedaald naar 13%”, meldt adviseur Erik van Dam. Samen met jurist Arie Kreule praat hij luisteraars daarom bij over de Wtza.</p>

De impact van toenemend ziekteverzuim in de zorg
<p>Wat kun je als werkgever doen als je te maken krijgt met ziekteverzuim van medewerkers? En belangrijker: hoe kun je ziekteverzuim voorkomen of in ieder geval zoveel mogelijk beperken? “We zien in de praktijk heel veel problemen ontstaan door het oplopende verzuim”, aldus VvAA-verzuimspecialisten Marc D’Ancona en Mark Fortman. “We praten in sommige gevallen over een stijging van 15 procent en dat heeft natuurlijk een enorme impact op alles wat met de bedrijfsvoering te maken heeft.”</p>
