EP48: Becoming an Alchemist w/ZyaxChem's Varun Mukhi
We are surrounded by chemicals. They're invisible to our eyes, but ever present, operating at the sub-atomic level, making our lives easier.
Chemicals have been in existence for a long time - to protect our furniture, clean gemstones, dye our clothes, keep our homes safe from pests. They are used in a million ways.
Varun is playing a different game, leveraging nanotechnology in chemicals which make surfaces more 'functional'. Zyax manufactures chemicals which are used in homes, labs, gardens, pest-control, pool care among other things.
One of the products I was really intrigued by was PoolMaxx, which is a chlorine free pool cleaner and gives an irritation free swim. Do you remember the last time the swimming pool didn't feel harsh? PoolMaxx makes this distant dream a reality.

EP47: Earth Dome Structures w/Idika's Vivek Reddy
When was the last time you visited a homestay and you were in awe of how it was made?
Idika, located in Moinabad (near Hyderabad) was created using discarded cement bags filled with mud. No cement. No iron. Zero waste-water. A structure that is cool is summers and warm in the winters.
You get to experience natural living.
And speaking with Vivek Reddy, I could feel the love and passion with which he and his family have built this homestay. There were many challenges in the way, but that didn't stop Vivek. He is a force of nature.

EP46: Disrupting fitness w/AroLeap's Rohit Patel
Most of us have a hard time waking up in the morning and hitting the gym. Or going for a run. Or doing basic stretching. It's hard. We take annual gym memberships and then we forget about it!
