Self-reflection has always been a best friend of mine--never afraid to call me out on my BS, never afraid to celebrate my biggest wins no matter how small I think they may be. </p> <p>As the cold weather intensifies, I wanted to build some healthy habits into my routine to prevent slumps and seasons of low emotion and energy. Here's to a new era of discipline, consistency and true happiness. It's an uphill battle, but one with a beautiful view at the top.</p>

Despite the uncertainty that follows every milestone in your early 20s, I now find solace in the fleetingness of the seasons. There is warmth in knowing that you are in a state of constant change, moving in the direction of your best self. </p>
