<p><strong>Hello and welcome to the introductory episode of </strong><u><strong>Watch With Me: Magnum PI</strong></u><strong>….the podcast! Let me start with a quick explanation of the premise for this podcast. I love the 80’s….. the music, the movies, and the television from that time. And, as each year goes by there’s something increasingly special about seeing the old cars, the old clothes, and the old plots of these shows. There’s some kind of wacky criminal, some haunted house, or some mysterious cursed object...but there’s always a happy ending. However, here at my house...I’m the only one that wants to watch shows from this era, and in particular to watch Magnum PI from season one all the way through Season 8. We all know it’s more fun to watch a show with someone else! So, if you’re in the same position as me...here I am! Your new Magnum PI watching friend.</strong></p> <p><strong>Here’s how this is going to work. Now that All 8 seasons of Magnum PI are available on Prime streaming, there’s no better time to revisit the magic. Here’s how it will work. In each episode of this podcast, we’ll sit side by side and watch an episode of Magnum. Yep, I’ll mention some things that I find interesting, look up some stuff on magnum-mania.com and just share the experience of such an amazing tv experience together. Never watch Magnum alone again! Pull up the first episode of season one and pause it as soon as the Magnum PI overlay disappears at about 7 seconds. Your screen should be paused with a view of the gorgeous 1979 Ferrari 308 GTS. At that point, I’ll count down and say “3, 2, 1, GO!” Press play right when I say go and enjoy.</strong></p> <p><strong>That’s it. Don’t feel alone, and don’t watch alone.
