In our very first episode, we want to highlight the importance of raising awareness to prevent sexual abuse and share some insights into the prevention paradigm. As many of you may know, sexual abuse is a deeply troubling issue that affects millions of individuals around the world. It has devastating and long-lasting effects on survivors, and it's a topic that needs to be addressed with urgency and sensitivity. Through 'We Are Warriors,' we aim to shed light on this critical issue and equip our listeners with knowledge and tools to help prevent sexual abuse in their communities. In addition to discussing the prevention paradigm, my co-host, will be sharing her own story of overcoming abuse. Her personal experience adds a powerful and poignant perspective to 'We Are Warriors,' and we hope that by sharing her story, we can provide support and inspiration to survivors and also emphasize the importance of prevention.
