本集內容分享參加比特幣十年會的心得筆記和延伸思考。座談來賓都來自區塊鏈業內，他們分享區塊鏈的最新發展與政府應對虛擬貨幣的詐騙案件與反洗錢措施。 ------- 文理區塊鏈 區塊鏈就是這個時代的文藝復興。金融、藝術、人文、歷史重新洗牌。 文理區塊鏈文理雙修，帶你走入區塊鏈的宇宙。 ------- 關於我： 創業家、革新者、Podcaster, YouTuber, 藝術家、設計師、紐約市Baruch大學創業輔導顧問。 合作贊助、迴響與交流請來信 <a href="http://giovanna.art.bit@gmail.com/">giovanna.art.bit@gmail.com</a> Linktr <a href="https://linktr.ee/dubwoman">https://linktr.ee/dubwoman</a> ------- 本集重點： 穩定幣託管機制 Telegram和TON基金會 隱私權和資料自理 反詐騙反洗錢 KYC讓人又愛又怕，合規中心化交易所保障多，缺點是必須經過身份驗證，有隱私與個資外露的疑慮。未來大規模的交易所有可能全部都要符合法規。去中心化託管數位資產也比較有保障，尤其是搞不懂複雜的金融產品的長輩，中心化交易所有客戶服務，需要多重驗證，轉出匯入都有紀錄，不怕發生錯誤，分批投資也不用擔心違反洗錢法。 臺灣近年很多詐騙都是因「一夜暴富」的比特幣傳奇故事受騙，一夜暴富變成一夜暴斃。我去法院看到很多長輩都是被假的交易所曲線圖詐騙，詐騙金額都是千萬起跳。用虛擬貨幣進行詐騙屬於智慧型犯罪，詐騙分工細，財力與資源雄厚，想要發財的長輩變成肥羊。 業者走向中心化是必然，託管與不託管也可以是選擇。比特幣走過多年歷史，其不可竄改與公開帳本特性與快速交易將金融結合科技，然而詐騙集團會用比特幣當成斂財的新話術，朝民眾下手，幾間合規的交易所與會業者與銀行和檢調單位達成共識合作，幫忙分析鏈上數據，日後公司與企業開穩定幣帳戶將會被呈報到政府單位。 我參加了幾場座談會，觀察到對投資比特幣的有年紀很輕的，也有很大的。我反而不擔心年紀很輕的，Y2K誕生時就有智慧手機，他們可以透過各種管道學習知識。投資比特幣需要高度專注力與知識，年長者帶著退休金的，還是用傳統的方式去讓合規的交易所幫忙做理財規劃比較好，這筆服務費不能省。合規交易所也提供穩定幣託管服務，對於初探虛擬貨幣水溫的退休長輩是種選擇。 政府不是不打擊詐騙，詐騙集團的花樣太多，人設千百種，手法千百種。除了詐騙外，比特幣最大的污名就是跟洗錢同名。交易所分享跟偵查組合作，並分析創XX坊的交易紀錄與大筆資金的流向。 雖說歹徒轉匯金流時都有斷點，冷錢包加上VPN也會隱藏域名，但買冷錢包是會有註記，產品編號追蹤的到。現在冷錢包有新功能把私鑰拆成三份，由三間公司互相監控託管，聽起來就很複雜。那麼不要複雜就簡約化，Web 3錢包讓用戶自己託管，私鑰存雲端，聽起來方便，同樣有疑問。 我個人很看好用通訊軟體結合支付、原生代幣與錢包，全部KYC，用戶與錢包都有保障。 Telegram通訊軟體平台推出了TON，TON不只有錢包功能和原生代幣TON，整合遊戲、支付、兌換、鑄造、通訊等各種小程式。TON是我非常看好的生態系，他們鼓勵開發團隊加入，以USDT穩定幣為主要支付錢包對於亞洲來說也很方便。 最後總會轉回原點，個資分享的多寡屬於自由意願，透過合規交易所投資加密貨幣首先要通過KYC，第一關就會有許多人卻步，尤其很多人不願透明。然而透明化就是去中心化交易的初衷，除非對技術有一定的認識，自行託管風險自負。帶著保守傳統理財價值觀念的族群，最好不要去跟群。臺灣的社交媒體和通訊軟體全是外國的，加入任何通訊軟體都有風險。 臺灣有可能發展自己的公鏈嗎？聽起來不錯，不過有點遠。 臺灣如果發展自己的公鏈、原生代幣和通訊軟體也許是最好的前景，不然也可以就轉換思維，讓投資交易透明化。 比特幣十年練一劍，從玄學變顯學，要進圈還是要多做研究功課，一起努力！ 延伸聆聽： 金融海嘯 | 電影大賣空深度解析-當廚餘變成華爾街金融商品的史詩級騙局被幾個怪咖天才識破 <a href="https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/giovanna-sun/episodes/EP-49----e2898g8">https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/giovanna-sun/episodes/EP-49----e2898g8</a> 2024比特幣十年會 #臺灣區塊鏈愛好者協會 主持人：Tom Soong | Alcheminer、Taka 高崎鈞 | 臺灣區塊鏈愛好者協會 來賓： Alex Liu ｜Maicoin Wayne | XREX Powei Chen ｜比特幣中文社團 Jacob Lee | DTCO
