在本集《溫叨職說》中，我們邀請到 Studio A 共同創辦人、前電視主播、500 盤共同主席，也是「暖廚家味 Taste of Love」總策劃──蔣雅淇 Vivian Chiang。多年來，她在企業管理與公益領域深耕，而料理成為她連結家庭與世界的方式。從先生離世後開始的「恩典餐桌」，六年間做了超過六百餐，她說：「做飯，是我把愛重新端回餐桌的方法。」 訪談中，雅淇分享「暖廚家味」的誕生與使命。今年她集結五位跨國大師廚──晶華軒主廚鄔海明、明福台菜主廚林麗珠、gubami Social 主理人陳嵐舒、Nobuo 創辦人 Nobu、INITA 主廚萩本郡大，以家裡做得到的方式，示範十五道「有故事的家味」料理。這堂課不只是料理教學，更是一項公益計畫：認捐一套課＝捐出一份 1919 食物銀行的食物包，認捐金額全數捐出。 雅淇分享，她帶著孩子走遍全台親送食物包，看到許多急難家庭的真實需求。目前暖廚家味已送出 8,144 份食物包，幫助 1,357 個家庭，但仍有更多人等待支援。她希望透過料理與公益，把溫飽變成力量，把家的味道送到更多需要的地方。 -- Hosting provided by <a href="https://www.soundon.fm/">SoundOn</a>
