Folge 4 - Die Party fällt aus!
Die Frankfurter Verlagsanstalt ist eigentlich jedes Jahr mit einem Stand auf der Frankfurter Buchmesse zu finden. Zur diesjährigen Messe hatte der Frankfurter Traditionsverlag ein ganz besonderes Programm geplant. Der Grund? In diesem Jahr feiert der Verlag gleich ein Doppel-Jubiläum: Vor 100 Jahren wurde der Verlag erstmals gegründet, vor 25 Jahren übernahm Joachim Unseld als Verleger die Geschäfte bei der FVA. Doch die große Party fällt nun zwangsläufig aus. Lektorin Nadya Hartmann spricht mit uns in Folge 4 von "WHAT A MESS" über das abgesagte bzw. vertagte Jubiläumsprogramm, das Verlagsgeschäft in Pandemie-Zeiten und über die "harte Tür" bei der legendären Messe-Party beim Verleger zuhause. #buchmesse #fmb20

Folge 3 - Agentin Undercover
Auf der Buchmesse arbeitet sie für gewöhnlich im „Agentenzentrum“ – der Ort auf der Frankfurter Buchmesse, an dem es ums Geschäft geht: Ein Termin folgt auf den nächsten, Literaturagenten treffen sich hier – eng getaktet - mit den Lektoren der Verlage. Verhandelt werden Rechte und Lizenzen, die deutsche sowie internationale Verlagsbranche kommt im Agentenzentrum zusammen. Doch wenn man nicht dazu gehört, kommt man kaum rein. Eigentlich mittendrin: Caterina Schäfer – sie arbeitet als Literaturagentin bei der Frankfurter Literaturagentur „copywrite“. In diesem Jahr wird das Agentenzentrum ins Netz verlegt.
