Tip 1 - Make Time for Ourselves

BC Forbes once said that "The young man who addresses himself in stern earnest to organizing his life, his habits, his associations, his reading, his study, his work... stands far more chance of rising to a position affording him the opportunity to exercise his organizing abilities than the fellow who dawdles along without chart or compass, without plan or purpose, without self-improvement and self-discipline. "

let's look at this quote, and the wisdom in it. Each day in our life it's like walking through a maze, even if we're not realizing it, we're spending our time in the maze until the end of time. What matters is where are we at the end of the day, are we still in the maze? or we have structured an escape plan, and reached our destination.

This episode highlights the subtle importance of how we structured our day, our week, and month, which eventually decide what kind of life we're having. The idea is, start structuring your life today, with some known tools like Todoist, Google Calendar, book time for yourself, before others booking your time, and don't let the trivia things in life taking your life for granted ;)
