VII. Salesforce lernen - aber wie?
<p>Wie ist es heute, mit Salesforce neu anzufangen? Vor allem, wenn man es mit Salesforce ernst für den Beruf meint. Aufstieg ausschließlich mit Trailhead? Da fehlt die Wiederholung. Caro schlägt klare Business Szenarien und Ziele vor, Ankit sieht das ähnlich und schimpft auf Faulheit. Konkrete Geschäftsprobleme mit Salesforce zu lösen, sei zugleich ein Weg für den Einstieg als auch für das Weiterkommen essentiell, sagt Daniel. Inmitten von Exkursen schaffen wir es mit Christian wieder zur bewährten Weisheit: Learning by doing - die Zugänge zu Salesforce sind zahlreich und bei Null anfangen nicht schlimm, nur schmerzhaft. Ausdrücklich gelobt werden die Salesforce Dokumentation und kostenlose Salesforce Orgs zum Lernen und Ausprobieren. Für das Trailblazer Bootcamp Berlin machen wir eine kleine Zeitreise zurück in den Juni.</p>

<p>Salesforce verkauft die ganz großen Träume, sagt Ankit. Wie finde ich als Kunde dafür den richtigen Partner, will Szandor wissen. Die Form der Ausschreibungen und die Vertragsdetails verraten viel über Projekterfolg, zeigt Daniel. Cost, Profit oder gleich in die Kiste, fragt Christian. Für Caro ist "Trusted Advisor" die zentrale Rolle, um Auftraggebern auf Augenhöhe zu begegnen als erfahrene Partner und Berater. Als bloße Dienstleister sind wir nicht in der Position, ggf. nötige Änderungen in einer Organisation zu bewirken. Und: Ownership, Ownership!</p>
