Vol 01.长大后想要的快乐为什么那么难？
<p>本期主播：</p> <p>Heidith 海蒂斯、Mimic米米</p> <p>【聊一聊跟快乐有关的，终极无答案的问题。】<br> <br> 不知道是否有人跟我一样，记不起上一次真正快乐是什么时候了。每天好像陷入了一种难以描述的低落的情绪状态，日子过得好像一潭死水一样。而承认自己内心的悲伤好像是一件不可告人的秘密，因为在衣食无忧的生活里承认自己的软弱无力悲伤痛苦，感觉是在无病呻吟。但很神奇的是，当我去正视自己的痛苦，承认悲伤并且感受它的存在时，我的伤口居然被治好了。如果是在快乐与不快乐之间挣扎，或许可以接纳另外一种状态，那就是，没有很快乐也没有很痛苦的中间状态。就像是在日子很无聊的时候，有机会一天天虚度光阴也可能是一件很难得的事情。<br> <br> 你可以听到：<br> 01:40 上一次真正快乐是什么时候？<br> 05:29 细小而短暂的快乐结束后，就是无尽的空虚。<br> 07:10 如果生活在一个甜品王国，可能生活也能因此加一点糖份吧。<br> 09:21 生活如常，不知道悲伤从何而来，快乐变得极其奢侈。<br> 13:01 悲伤可以治愈悲伤。石川啄木的诗集像一位好朋友一样活在自己身边，用他的真诚治愈了带着创伤的我。<br> 15:07 快乐不一定需要跟别人分享，但悲伤的时候需要有人懂你的悲伤。<br> 22:35 正视自己，读懂自己之后去找到解放自己的方式。<br> 31:51 如果想要成为一个诗人的话，可能要先成为一个作精。（开玩笑）<br> 33:19 如果可选项太多的话，也会容易不快乐吧。<br> 36:14 Top 1是天选之子，可能在Top 11的人会比较容易快乐吧。</p>
