他原本是科技公司的工業設計師，一做就是十多年，直到摯友40歲因病驟逝——那年，他騎上單車，環島百次、橫越中國，走進山與海的深處，重新找回自己。

擔任自行車環島、單車壯遊教練、領隊百餘次，至今繞了台灣100多圈，協助3千多位夥伴完成環島。
多次受邀媒體雜誌訪問並到公司團體和學校社團做單車旅遊分享。
多次受邀海內外觀光單位單車達人踩線活動。
2022/09 中正區社區大學單車課程講師。
2019/10 澳州紐西蘭背包壯遊，跳點騎行40天。
2016/08 晨光國際旅行社經理，取得旅行業經理人執照
2016/07 杭州漠河馬不停蹄，從杭州騎到大陸最北的漠河，47天騎了4000公里。
2014/11 取得交通部觀光局英語導遊和英語領隊執業證。
2013/05 鐵馬西遊記，從福建騎到新疆(中巴邊界)，橫貫中國大陸40天騎了6400公里。
2012/09 取得交通部觀光局華語導遊和華語領隊執業證。
2010/11鐵馬家庭單車教練，開始每個月帶團環島。

6-從烈女到厲鬼的前世今生—府城最強女鬼陳守娘｜府城拾光
農曆七月，鬼門大開。
台南的街巷裡，流傳著一個最讓人心驚的傳說——陳守娘。
她，本是一名堅守節烈的寡婦，卻慘死在婆婆與小姑的毒手下。
傳說，她的屍體滿身血痕，弟弟掀開棺木時，當場哭倒。
從那之後，夜裡哭聲不斷，白影飄動，人們說——陳守娘回來了。
有人夢裡被壓得動彈不得；
有人夜行經過辜婦媽街，眼角瞥見女子冷冷盯視；
甚至連縣令的轎子，也被百姓丟石頭砸到翻倒，說是「鬼在作祟」。
直到永華宮請出廣澤尊王，與她展開一場神鬼對決——
燈籠自燃、廟門狂風大作，府城人閉門屏息凝神。
最後，竟是觀音佛祖出面，才讓這位「最強女鬼」安息，化作孔廟節孝祠的一個牌位。
但她真的安息了嗎？
還是，她的冤魂，只是換了一種形式，被供在我們眼前？

5-旅行的修行感，慢慢走，也是一種發現：台南老街的氣味、聲音與水仙尊王的奇幻初遇
台南府城神農街，白天是歷史長河裡靜靜佇立的街道，假日則搖身一變成為文青與旅人交會的市集。
這一集《我的旅行與修行》，邀請到主持人多年好友，她是第一次走進神農街與水仙宮的旅人，跟著她的回憶讓我們回到那個午後，初次踏入府城時的感官記憶～
我們的朋友分享了「當時不知道、現在才知道」的那些故事，原來走過的神農街是北勢港的港口之一、五條港的水上物流要衝——是古早版的宅急便；而那間香火繚繞的水仙宮，也牽動著百年前郊商的信仰與流通系統。
