Releasing the Fear of Releasing- Happy 2020!

<p>We often dream things and set intentions into motion not realizing that we have to actually release what is already existing in our story to allow the new energy (i.e. relationships, careers, belief systems, habits) to take up space. Its not uncommon to find yourself reluctant or hesitant to allow new energy into our story/life. The heart becomes deeply entangled with people, places, and circumstances of this physical, material world. We wouldn't be human if we didn't FEEL the feelings that we are feeling. Allow yourself to fee, in fact consider all this feeling to be a much needed part of the growing process.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>For some, the reluctance to release "the old" stems from that deep inner knowing of what you will have to separate from and leave behind. Often times releasing means leaving behind a lover, a friend, family, work or just habits that you've become accustomed to having in your life; too often these habits are rooted in instability, conflict and toxic cycles.&nbsp;</p> <p><br></p> <p>Your inner Being will begin to "call you" to accept the new energy being ushered into your story this 2020 (if it hasn't already)... and when it does, I challenge you to ACCEPT THE CALL, allow the energy to take up space.&nbsp;</p> <p>Release the old, dead, outdated energy to reveal more of your inner Creator within.&nbsp;</p> <p>Reveal to the world:&nbsp;</p> <p>the bold,&nbsp;</p> <p>confident,&nbsp;</p> <p>inspired,&nbsp;</p> <p>motivated,&nbsp;</p> <p>innovative,&nbsp;</p> <p>adventurous,&nbsp;</p> <p>lighthearted,&nbsp;</p> <p>passionate,&nbsp;</p> <p>faith-filled,&nbsp;</p> <p>attractive,&nbsp;</p> <p>sexual,&nbsp;</p> <p>sensual,&nbsp;</p> <p>conquering,&nbsp;</p> <p>Creator- Being inside you, this 2020!&nbsp;</p>
