<p><b>Question: Why are innovations of women leaders under-appreciated? Should we be more vocal to sing our own praise?  </b></p><p><a href="https://696945-08.myshopify.com/">https://696945-08.myshopify.com/</a></p><p><a href="https://getmorecustomers9.wordpress.com/">https://getmorecustomers9.wordpress.com/</a></p><p><br></p><p><b><em>CHANGE AGENT</em></b></p><p><br></p><p>This seems a painful role for women to step into, still doing so much just to garner gender equality daily.  <b>Although, it is innate within women to innovate constantly.</b>  This is one of the most valuable traits of women in general, and women leaders in particular.  Add to that the women leaders that gravitate towards a career in IT and you have a <b>Grand Mind of Complexity ripe for constant Innovation</b>.</p><p><br></p><p>'I have found a way to…' is common to hear when women are talking amongst themselves.  However, when male leaders are socializing their innovations amongst coworkers and superiors, women remain silent.  Waiting politely for an opportunity to share.  When it doesn't come, the innovative idea remains dormant.  If by some luck, they are asked an opinion, they share it to their detriment (Most of their ideas are then scooped up and leveraged for the career advancement of others- typically their male coworkers or superiors). Albeit, women are flattered that they could give something useful versus confronting and negotiating to be given credit/shared advancement.</p><p><br></p><br/><p>Hosted by Ausha.
