<p>Stephanie Wemusa is<a href="https://www.talvista.com/"> TalVista’s</a> VP of Diversity and Inclusion and a Diversity and Inclusion Talent Consultant. She is a Talent Management life cycle and optimization consultant with more than 15 years’ experience developing inclusive workplace practices to source, recruit, engage, and advance diverse employees.</p> <p>In addition to her duties at TalVista, Stephanie serves as an adjunct faculty in the Charles Davidson College of Engineering and Lucas Business at San Jose State University and an Instructor for the UCSC Extension HR Management Certificate Program. Her previous experience includes working in some of the San Francisco Bay Area’s signature organizations such as HP, Apple, eBay, Yahoo!, Juniper Networks, Intuitive Surgical, Inclusion Inc., and Synopsis. Her background includes a wide range of varied HR functions, from Recruitment and Talent Management to Leadership Training, Diversity and Inclusion. A graduate of San Jose State University, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science and a Master of Science in Human Resources Organization Development from the University of San Francisco.</p> <p>Join me, Amy Warren, VP Marketing and Co-Founder of <a href="https://www.jobsync.io/">JobSync</a>, as I talk with Stephanie about the start of her Talent Acquisition journey at IBM and learn about the sage advice that she received along the way and what she is focused on today.</p>
