SUICIDE ... HELP ... UNCENSORED
I've dealt with the nightmare of suicidal thoughts / ideations for many years. This is a guide that I still use and have used for the past few years of my suicidal ideations, after suffering much worse for years before I created this experience. I've sought help from many clinicians. But I found the most help in studying philosophies and crafting my own meditations and system for dealing with these ghostly thoughts. I'll be honest; there's still a struggle, but carrying the burden is much easier now. And I'm more functional than I otherwise would be. It's not easy, but it's worth a try.
