In this short episode inspired by bell hook's All About Love, we explore the topic of love beyond romantic love and partnership. We talk about how to embody love and live a more loving life by manifesting it with this week's affirmation: "Love surrounds me and everything around me. I deserve to receive the love I get, I open my heart to the love the Universe gives me, and I give love effortlessly in return." By living a life with love as our highest principle we open the doors to creating change not just within our lives, but in the world.

E1- Vulnerability
In this first episode I introduce the context for the creation of this podcast. I show vulnerability and talk about its beauty and power, negating the idea that it is synonymous to weakness. While there are many potential outcomes that can hurt you in choosing to show vulnerability, the possibility of happiness and beauty make it all the worthwhile.
