<p>In this podcast episode, I wanted to be real about my experience with mental health. I talk about the connections between my mental health and my experiences of the last year and a half. As I mention in the episode, before studying in Germany, I didn't care about my mental health in any way. But being in Germany taught me that mental health is very important and needs to be in constant check. Where I am mentally now is way better than where I was a year ago under lockdown in Germany. I go into more detail in the video. I hope this episode helps someone learn about mental health and its importance.</p>
