Write Together Non-Episode 1
So, episode six of WT was due to drop today on Podomatic but as you'll hear I had some issues meaning it will not be uploaded until tomorrow morning. But I didnt want to leave you hanging entirely, so used Podomatics monile creator app to record a quick and dirty what's up y'all track. Also, apologies if I sound a little slurred, I had taken my nightly sleeping tablet and it kicked in right as I hit record! Back tomorrow with that full Write Together episode on Procrastination. Write Together: Screenplay Competitions - should you bother?
In this episode of Write Together, Dave first openly weeps at his failure to get his script finished in time for the BBC's comedy script bursary competition (damn you, Final Draft!) but then moves on to discussing screenplay competitons. There are a lot of these competitions out there, happy to take your entry fee because you think, if you win, you'll get a rep and become a fully fledged writer for TV or features.
