《下班告解室》“直升机父母”自救指南
<p>1969年，以色列裔美国儿童心理学家Haim Ginott 出版了他的畅销书《Between Parent and Teenager》，书中一名青少年抱怨：“妈妈像直升机一样在我身边盘旋。”这应该是“直升机父母”一词最早可溯源的出处了。</p> <p>亲子关系中“爱”的满溢与无处安放，早在上世纪90年代就出现在现代教育学研究课题中。不同于西方，中式直升机父母在参与孩子的成长中包含了很多传统东方特色——亲子游学团中鼓励孩子的错误言行，国际夏令营里要求老师安排孩子在合影中站C位。本来是以促进良性亲子互动关系为目的的活动，往往冒出各种令人尴尬的言行，最终剖析问题根本，往往都是无奈的叹息。</p> <p>或许嘉宾“soba”这句话不失为一种解决方式——“我们坐飞机的时候，空乘人员不是都先提醒我们，如果遇到危急时刻，需要先戴好自己的氧气面罩，再去帮孩子戴上。”</p>

<p>PUA——它是PICK-UP ARTIST的缩写，本义指是一種以男性為主要參與者及視角中心的活動，其目標是誘惑女性並與之發生性關係。如今PUA這一概念在中國已經不僅用於陌生男女之間，也可以用於家族中長輩與晚輩之間、職場中上司與下屬之間等各種雙方在權力和地位上不平等的情況。</p> <p>煤气灯效应（英語：Gaslighting）是一种心理操纵的形式，其方法是一个人或团体隐秘地让受害人逐渐开始怀疑自己，使其质疑自己的记忆力、感知力或判断力，其结果是导致受害者產生认知失调和其他变化，例如低下的自我尊重等。而早在1987年刊登于《英国精神病学期刊》的一份研究报告也表明，煤气灯效应也可以在親子关系中发生，其中父母、子女或双方说谎并试图破坏對方的心理知觉。</p> <p>由于工作性质关系，在和众多家庭的接触中，我们发现煤气灯效应在家庭中产生的影响已经远大于人们对它戏谑化的称呼，认识清楚它的本质，可以更有效地帮助你意识到问题。或许正片里的事例能够让你意识到情绪勒索、道德绑架乃至精神控制的可怕之处。</p> <p><br></p> <p>（以上定义部分来源于维基百科）</p>
