当理想成为工作，请把工作当理想！
本期，来到“向上引力”的是在世界舞台上大显身手的中国设计师——Masha Ma。从伦敦中央圣马丁艺术设计学院学士学位毕业，进入Alexander McQueen工作室参与设计工作，其后在巴黎时装周发布时装秀至今，Masha Ma 受到了Lady Gaga、Naomi Campbell、Bella Hadid、陈冲、杜鹃、刘雯等国内外明星的喜欢。服装设计师，一个看似用理想包裹的职业，而在与Masha Ma的交谈中我们才了解到，品牌孵化的过程其实包含了很多对市场的思考。也许，大部分初涉职场中的人，心中都会充满对工作的向往。而当他们积极投入到工作中时，却发现理想往往令人陷入失望。我们身边有不少人每天都在为实现理想而努力，他们因理想而生动，他们的理想为这个世界增添了积极的能量。可还有这样一批人，将工作看得过于理想化，结果令自己总是面临失望、挫折，甚至是消沉。当理想遭遇现实，应如何将“职业热枕”进行到底，是每一个职场人都在思考的问题。
