<p>第5回のゲストは、パーソナリティの竹村理衣が働く「DEKITA」の代表取締役社長の時岡さんです。これまで「食」の視点を通して福井県若狭町での宿業について話してきましたが、今回は時岡さんにまち全体やこれからのビジョンを俯瞰して語っていただきました。</p><p><br></p><p>DEKITAが運営する宿「八百熊川」では、熊川のお母さんたちが、料理を振る舞ってくださる「熊川のおもてなし膳」が一番人気のプランなのだとか。その運営の裏側や、学びにも触れています。観光業における「食」の重要さや、どのようにこれまで受け継がれてきた食文化を継承するか、DEKITAの未来のビジョンまで話は及びました。</p><p><br></p>
