新生大哉問
<p>單集敘述:相信大家都有當過那個懵懂無知的新生，對什麼都好奇，看到什麼都想問，想必身為熱心助人的學長姐一定都會有問必答，但是否有些問題已經被問了太多次了，明明每年都有人好心整理懶人包，為什麼新生就是不看呢? <br />我相信哪個老師上課好不好過這種問題一定不只新生會問，某些程度上二、三年級生問的比例可能更高，所以還是希望學長姐與學弟妹間的交流方式是好的，不問不回答哪個老師很鬆，但可以對於上課方式、習慣等進行問答。 <br />有關新生的大哉問種類還有很多，這期節目只挑了兩個最容易出現的問題來討論，加上分享的內容都是我本人的經歷，所以可能幫不到太多人，但如同節目開頭所說，身為大學生了，還是需要有一些基本的查找資料的能力，才不會浪費了以前學長姐所提供的資源唷! <br /> <br />好消息!我們有電子信箱囉!有任何有趣的校園故事或有關社團的問題都可以寫信告訴我們喔! 電子信箱: yanfakejibu@gmail.com <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>

進入系學會後該如何上軌道?
<p>單集敘述: <br />剛加入系學會或是社團後，一定有段時間是不清楚自己要做什麼的，那究竟該怎麼在進入後快點了解狀況呢?又或是擔任幹部和正、副會長後該怎麼快點進入狀況呢?也許你們正在面對的問題我們曾經經歷過，快來聽聽我們怎麼說! <br /> <br />聽後探討: <br />1.對於剛加入社團或是系學會的新血來說，我認為先確認自己是為什麼想要加入這個團體，如果你確實想要在這裡得到些什麼，或是提升自己某些方面的能力，那很好，記得這個目的，可以用來審核未來的自己是否達成目標。若只是想要體驗看看、認識朋友或是來玩的，我覺得也沒關係，但你必須要接受自己是在"團體"裡這件事，一定會有一些需要你配合的地方，若無法適應或接受，要記得早一點和會長或是幹部提出，讓他們知道你的情況，千萬不要一聲不響的離開，這樣會造成大家的困擾的! <br />2.幹部首先應該要了解自己的職務以及組別負責事項，再來是對組別有個預想，今年或是這個學期針對組別要達成的目標，和正、副會長或是需要配合的組別一起作溝通和討論，最後就是帶著組員一起前往目標，當然不管如何還是以系學會整體營運為先。 <br />3.正、副會長相當於系學會的靈魂人物，對外的形象以及對內的領導，甚至是老師看到的系學會或是溝通的橋梁，你們是非常重要的，彼此之間即便是吵架也不能被看出來，如果想做好就不要花時間在磨合，當你們兩個意見出現分歧時，想著你們之間的爭吵以及最終目標都是為了團隊好，其實很多問題就解決了。 <br /> <br /> <br />好消息!我們有電子信箱囉!有任何有趣的故事或有關社團的問題都可以寫信告訴我們喔! <br />電子信箱: yanfakejibu@gmail.com <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>

迎新怎麼這麼累-要不要去當工作人員?
<p>單集敘述: <br />部分科系在迎新宿迎上會額外招募工作人員，有些人雖然不是系學會的誠員，但自己卻有著滿腔的熱血和表演欲無從發揮，想當宿營工人卻聽到很多勸退的聲浪，到底要不傲去呢? <br /> <br />聽後探討: <br />老實講迎新宿迎確實是一件吃力不討好的事，我們不但要花時間籌備、練習，還要花費心力表演、帶hight新生，而且最虧的我認為應該是工作人員活動必須自費這點，看著以上幾點，還是不要當工人好了，但...真的只有這樣嗎? 我相信也會有很多擔任過宿迎工人的人願意再一次回來當工作人員，不是因為他們傻，而是他們享受那樣的氛圍，一群人在一起為著某一件事努力，練習到了晚上一起相揪吃宵夜，到了活動當天，看著每個新生玩得開心，心裡的滿足是無法言喻的。能學到團隊合作也是真的，團體中不一定都是你喜歡的人，不一定都很有能力，這樣的情況下我們更應該學習如何包容他人，在對的時間願意跳出來，我相信這在未來也是相當有幫助的! <br /> <br /> <br />我們開信箱囉!有任何有關社團的問題或故事都歡迎和我們分享!! <br />電子信箱:yanfakejibu@gmail.com <br /> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a></p>
