雖然他們只求一處能遮風避雨的地方 但在這連年輕人都買不起房子的年代 還有他們的容身之處嗎？ 這群貧病交迫的人們的居住問題愈來愈困窘 有這樣困境的人也愈來愈多 面對此類個案 長照單位往往是沒有辦法只按照契約提供〝那些〞服務項目 因為你連電跟瓦斯都沒有 請問你該如何協助個案沐浴？ 而在這長照體系 又有誰願意出面協助個案解決住宅問題 或是說 到底真正有能力處理此事的人 在哪裡？

居服進入一個家庭 就如情侶一般需要磨合 雙方都要保持一些相處和溝通的彈性 才能手牽手一直走下去… 但許多長輩在過去那個全家為了糊口和重男輕女的年代 並沒有機會學習到該如何健康的表達 女性更是從小到老都在為別人而活 帶著這些前提之下的居服現場 長照人員需要能聽懂長輩的「言下之意」 也許你認為他們食古不化 但也可能是因為我們沒有接住他真正想要表達的意思 溝通這門藝術很有趣~尤其在居服現場 更顯出其挑戰與魅力！ 祝大家新年快樂！
