Ep4: How to live YOUNGER FOR LONGER
We are not aware that we age, until it serves as an excuse for not doing what require effort from us or scare us. And at the end of the day, age is the least important thing, it is how we feel that counts. Science explains to us how we can stay young, physically and mentally and I will summarize it in the form of advice. Because who does not want to be young forever? Here is how. Connect with me and the EmotionArte community on Facebook where you will find emotional support, self coaching, emotional training and free monthly workshops. I can't wait to see you there!

Ep3: Clear up your mind from beliefs that restrict your life
Doesn't it happen to you that you try to put all your intentions into doing, being and having what you really want and there comes a time when you suddenly come into conflict with yourself because you don't believe ...?
That moment ... In which you find hard to believe you will be able to reach the end, get what you want and see that moment of triumph ... that moment hurts.
If we pay too much attention to the fact that he does not believe, then we will agree with him, even if he does not have it. Because the two parts live in you and depending on which you decide, listen, feed and train that one will win and lead your life.
This month In the EmotionArtist's Evening we will find out why we have both parts, how to make the best one win and how to create the reality that you like the most, regardless of whether you now believe it is possible or not!
