<p style="font-size:16px;color:#333333;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-weight:normal;text-align:justify;hyphens:auto" data-flag="normal">燕子李三在民间传说中有多个：一个是河北省保定市涿州的“燕子李三”，原名叫李景华，幼随叔父落户沧州由于他有时把偷来的东西分给穷人一些，算是个义盗；一个是山东禹城的李圣武 ，此人烧杀掳掠无恶不作，是一个不折不扣的强盗，后被枪决。但年代最早的是河北省沧州市的李云龙。李云龙1837年出生，在家排行老三，最早使用“燕子”的绰号。<br />本书中的燕子李三，为“天津蓟县李芬”。<br />李芬是在自己的出生地颐养天年而终，当时驻扎在那里的大军阀－－吴佩孚久仰其大名，带领军队将其发送，玻璃灵棚，长达百米。浩浩荡荡的出殡的队伍为了表示生者对死者的怀念，出殡的队伍抬着棺椁在离墓地大约1.5华里的距离上前进一步后退三步，棺椁不落地的情况下，队伍整整走了七天七夜，在当地轰动一时。50年代破四旧挖祖坟及后来文革的时候，李芬的墓地还受到当地人的保护。到了80年代改革开放时期，他的墓地被其分田承包的人挖掘铲平，据当地人讲“在楠木的棺椁中，李芬的尸骨下面铺垫大约有半棺椁的铜钱，经过日月的侵蚀，它们已经变成了巨大的一个整沱。挖掘者将铜钱当成废铜卖掉。如今李芬的后人还生活在天津蓟县上仓镇的程家庄里面，村里的贤人义士为了纪念先人而再次修碑立撰，告知后人……<br /><br /></p>
