We are bringing you a modern approach to health and wellness, for all you old heads to all you Generation ‘Z’ peeps, we are here to break down what is so good but also bad for your health. As well as being honest about necessary measures to take back your health and get the feeling you so deserve. YKTV stands for the typical You Know The Vibes. Which is amazing, but we are putting our own twist on it by using the acronym Y.K.T.V as Young Kings Teaching Veracity. I wanted to create a platform for young men who aspire to be a better version of themselves that they were the day before. A safe space for powerful men in the community to be able to share their life’s perspectives free from judgment. Bringing you a new lifestyle of health by providing tips and advice on real life challenges. We are here to make life a lot more fun while transitioning into a different lifestyle most of us were not brought up in.
