<p><strong>O que é Tratak? A palavra Tratak significa olhar fixamente, sem piscar, até que os olhos derramem lágrimas.</strong></p> <p><strong>Nesta meditação usaremos um espelho. Vamos meditar olhando fixamente para o nosso próprio reflexo.</strong></p> <p><strong>Você vai precisar de um espelho que será colocado na altura do rosto pode praticar com luz natural. Se puder, feche as cortinas, menos claridade é sempre melhor. A distância entre você e o espelho deve ser de aproximadamente 1 braço ou menos.</strong></p> <p><strong>Pode ser feito assentado em uma cadeira, ou no chão, desde que o espelho esteja na altura do rosto.</strong></p> <p><strong>O que pode acontecer:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Sentir vibração no 3º olho</strong></li> <li><strong>Ver imagens distorcidas</strong></li> <li><strong>Apaixonar-se ainda mais por você</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Se as lágrimas começarem a escorrer, não limpe. As lágrimas são manifestações corporais que abarcam todas as nossa emoções.</strong></p> <p><strong>* Caso queira se aprofundar e fazer essa meditação em toda sua plenitude faça em um ambiente totalmente escuro.
