＃１２２「短章『塩・砂糖』」
<p>塩と砂糖を間違えるような、うっかりミスは誰にでもあることです。そうした間違いは、そのまま単なる失敗として片付けられ、「私」が不注意な人間だという評価だけで終わってしまいがちです。どうして「私」がうっかりミスを起こしたのか、他の誰かがその理由を日常生活の中で考えることがあったとしても、それは表面的なものにとどまるでしょう。ところが「私」自身は、起きた出来事の背後にあるものや、自分が背負っているものといった、出来事の向こう側に思いをいたしているのではないでしょうか。ここでは具体的にふれられていませんが、「私」には、あえて言わなかったミスの理由があるのです。そこには、どうせ言っても理解されないだろうという諦めとともに、安易な言い訳を許さない自分への厳しさも感じられます。「私」のまなざしは、日常の何気ない出来事から人の心の複雑さを捉えています。＜文・白根直子＞</p>

＃１２１「無色ノ人」
<p>永瀬清子は、随筆「私の詩」（『農民芸術』第6集 1948年3月）に、「賢治さんにむかつての詩を私は時々書きました」と3篇の詩を挙げており、詩「無色ノ人」は、そのうちの1篇です。「無色ノ人」は、「我」にとって「絶壁ノゴトクソバダチテ」と表現されるほど大きな存在です。そのうえ「我」が、深いかなしみにくれたときには、「無色ノ人ノ懐ニナクナリ」とあるように、大いなる拠り所ともなっています。この詩は、カタカナと漢字で書かれた文語詩であり、現代の私たちには、やや難解に感じられるかもしれません。まずは、声に出して読んでみてください。詩が持つリズムの心地よさが自然と伝わってくるはずです。2026年は、宮沢賢治生誕130年・永瀬清子生誕120年にあたる記念の年です。「無色ノ人」に託された永瀬清子の宮沢賢治への思いを、この詩を通して感じ取っていただければ幸いです。＜文・白根直子＞</p>

＃１２０「風は」
<p>「風」と「私の詩」は、欠けているものを埋めようとするという点で共通しています。「西側の窓が開いていなければ／東風は入りません」とあるように、閉ざされていれば風は通り抜けられず、そこに開かれた場所があってこそ、はじめて風は吹き抜けることができます。「小さな流れのように」咲く朝顔もまた、「風」と同じく「ひきつけられる流れ」を体現しています。そして、「完全には開けないでいる」朝顔の花の姿は、まだ咲ききれない部分を残している「私の詩」のあり方と重なります。朝になると小さな朝顔は咲き、やがてしぼんでしまいます。その限られた時間に咲く花の姿に重ね合わせるかのように、「私の詩」がいつか鮮やかに開花することを願う心が感じられます。＜文・白根直子＞</p>
