09、第四章：善恶并明
【原文】<br><br>佛言：众生以十事为善，亦以十事为恶。何等为十？身三，口四，意三。身三者：杀、盗、婬。口四者：两舌、恶口、妄言、绮语。意三者：嫉、恚、痴。如是十事，不顺圣道，名十恶行；是恶若止，名十善行耳。<br><br>【翻译】<br><br>释迦牟尼佛说：众人以十种事情行善，也以十种事情作恶。是哪十种事呢？属于行为方面的有三种，属于语言方面的有四种，属于意识方面的有三种。行为方面的三种是：杀生、偷盗、邪婬；语言方面的四种是：挑拨是非、恶语骂人、说谎骗人、秽言乱语；意识方面的三种是：嫉妒别人、怨恨他人、愚蠢糊涂。这十种事，不合乎佛家圣道，叫做十恶行。这十种事如果改正不再犯了，就叫做具备了十种善行。
