Where it all began...
<p>This is our first EVER episode. Please be aware we are complete novices and the recording/editing isn't great but we promise we'll be better next time. Hear us discussing our first experiences with our anxiety when we take it right back to the beginning. In this episode we discuss our initial anxiety & panic attacks, how it affects us day to day and how we've realised, we're in this for the long haul. We hope you enjoy it.
