I'm your host Nellie Nekouie, and through my lived experiences have specialized in an environment of getting comfortable in the uncomfortable to get to a common language. My role and passion in life centers on creating solutions to improve the lives of the underserved. Solving for individuals health and economic equity to feel safe and happy in their homes, is what gets me up in the morning — and that fire-in-the-belly is what my podcast is about!
Each week on Your Morning Glory, I'll visit with people who rise up every day to leave a positive influence in the world.
Many of my guests live to serve the communities you and I live in, and I'll be the first to tell you that they are the heroes of our world. Their every waking hour is spent finding solutions to problems and giving a hand up to those who have fallen. We'll talk about public housing, food security, family services, job training, education, safety, sobriety, recovery, and much, much more.
We'll hear them talk about what they do, why they do it, how they stay motivated, and all about the challenges they've overcome. These people are resilient, resourceful, and driven to get up, go out, and do good. I can't wait to share their stories with you!
