属羊不可以帮助入眠
<p>现代社会是一个高速发展的社会，竞争大、压力大，很多人在这种高强度的压力下被迫失眠。我们一遇到失眠这种情况的时候，往往会选择最简单省事的方法来帮助自己入眠——“数羊”，希望借此能够快速地进入睡眠状态。但最新的研究表明，这一方法其实根本无助于失眠者尽快入眠。据德国媒体日前报道，英国牛津大学一个研究小组曾针对失眠人士进行过对比实验。他们将50多名失眠症患者平均分成三组，研究人员让第一组患者在入眠前幻想一些祥和安逸的景象，如潺潺的流水或秀美壮观的瀑布，而让第二组患者采用传统的“数羊”方法，对第三组患者则没有任何指导，任其思维自由发挥。实验结果表明，第一组研究对象比平常约快20分钟进入睡眠状态，而其他两组研究对象的入睡速度则都要比平常略慢一些。自此，研究人员认为，“数羊”太单调，无助于人们排遣焦虑情绪并达到安然入睡的效果。<br /></p><p>所以，深受压力之害导致失眠的人们，千万别再尝试“数羊”了，这样只会让你更加失眠。<br /></p>

热水比冷水灭火效果好
<p>在日常生活中如果家里着火了，不要惊慌失措，用水及时浇灭就行。但是，在着火时，我们不免会思考是用热水灭火好还是用冷水灭火好呢?<br /></p><p>根据我们了解的一般常识，用冷水灭火效果更好，因为冷水可以迅速降低火的温度。的确，冷水灭火很好，但是要想更有效地灭火，最好使用热水。物体要想着火必须满足三个条件：一是达到着火点；二是火源；三是有充足的空气。因此，要想把火扑灭，就得从这三个方面来加以遏制。冷水可以达到降低着火点的目的，但是另外两个条件却无法阻止。而用热水灭火，热水能在短时间内迅速汽化，产生水蒸气，把火源覆盖，使火源得不到充足的氧气而无法燃烧，所以，热水能够从两个方面来遏制火势的发展。<br /></p><p>不过还是要注意，生活中一定要小心用火。虽然热水灭火效果好，但要想在危急时刻得到大量的热水来灭火是非常困难的事情哦!<br /></p>
