<p><strong>Today many students are facing challenges that they are emotionally unfit to deal with. They leave institutions due to disillusionment or disappointment. The drop-out rates are very high and unusual.</strong></p> <p><strong>This podcast will cover various aspects of emotional intelligence coaching, however considering our current social climate it seemed fitting that our first episode delves into how to use emotional intelligence to help learners, parents, and moreover teachers cope during distance learning as a result of Covid-19.</strong></p> <p><strong>About the host</strong></p> <p>Lungelo Ratlhane is an educator, a Certified Coach, Emotional Intelligence Assessor, and a Speaker. She holds ten years of experience in conducting one on one coaching for hurting learners.</p> <p>She also conducts Emotional Intelligence Assessments Tests that she analyses during the debriefing sessions with her clients. Lungelo is the director of Zakhel’ukhanya Grief Consultancy, a company that is promoting self-knowledge in order to make a positive change.</p>
