<p>手指贴着胫骨内侧，往膝盖方向推，拐弯这里有个凹陷处就是阴陵泉穴。</p> <p>根据《皇帝内经》，脾经上易淤堵的部位为阴陵泉穴。阴陵泉穴属于脾经上健脾利湿、消肿利尿的特别好的穴位。</p> <p>脾经不通，湿气郁结时，按此穴会感到很痛，要多推揉此穴来打通脾经。</p> <p>每天推推脾经，排湿的管道就通了。</p> <p>阴陵泉号称健脾祛湿第一要穴，不经能利通三焦，排除体内多余湿气，还嫩改善小腿浮肿。</p>
