<p>題目：換種方式來懂易經。 <br /> <br />大意：與其說易經是一本占卜書，不如說它是一本心理工具書。 <br /> <br /> <br />在定義完時間之後，終於可以來聊聊易經的部分了。但是呢，其實我很擔心也很害怕，因為我知道很多人研究易經，也有很多人篤信易經。 <br /> <br /> <br />我先說明啊！我尊重每一位研究與支持易經的人，我也不可能詆毀易經什麼的，因為它的確集滿了許多智慧與奧秘。我只是在想，我們有沒有另外一種方式來理解易經的另一面。 <br /> <br /> <br />OK，在《時間》的文章中，我已經定義了我所認為的時間模型，對於「未來」我已經給出了自己的答案。(如果有人不滿意，我也不會有所更改的。)至於「預言」的部分，我的想法是這樣的─我堅信，在這個世界上絕對不存在任何人、任何系統或者是任何模型，能夠「精準地預言未來」！ <br /> <br /> <br />我堅信─拉普拉斯惡魔，絕對不存在！ <br /> <br /> <br />我們可以來回憶一下，你所聽過的各種預言，不論是預知夢、塔羅牌、星象占卜、易經卜卦，有哪一種工具所顯驗的預言，能夠精準到人事時地物？ <br /> <br /> <br />我是從來沒見過，我也相信，大多數人肯定沒見過。 <br /> <br /> <br />對於這個現象呢，我的看法如下─我們的未來，甚至於說我們的下一秒，都是由數以億萬計的因素所組合而成，而時間就是執行這一串變數的方程式，最終在等號的右側，形成了我們的未來。 <br /> <br /> <br />簡單來說就是呢，我認為─預言之所以「如此地模糊」是因為，時間點還沒到來，而充斥在我們身邊的所有變數，都無時無刻地產生變化，進而修改著預言的模樣，甚至是將預言刪除。 <br /> <br /> <br />※ <br /> <br /> <br />好啦，接下來要講易經了啦。 <br /> <br /> <br />我會想到本文的題目與大意，是在農曆年間，有一天開車的時候，突然靈機一動，找出了易經跟心理的共同解，抑或者說是在我的腦中完成結合。就算不曾研究易經的人，也或多或少曾經聽過：太極生兩儀，兩儀生四象，四象生八卦。而我對心理層次定義是：意識、認知、感受、情緒。 <br /> <br /> <br />若我們將這兩者劃上連結線的話就是：太極→意識、兩儀→認知、四象→感受、八卦→情緒。(請注意，這只是我個人的假設。) <br /> <br /> <br />今天，我用數學方式假定兩者連結為真，那麼我們將得出一個結論：與其說易經是一本占卜書，不如說它是一本心理工具書，所謂的六十四卦就是對應六十四種心理狀態(當然啦，我也覺得人類的心理狀態遠不只六十四種)，進而告訴我們，當我們處於順境的時候該怎麼做、當我們處於低谷的時候該怎麼想。 <br /> <br /> <br />我認為，我們不應該只是把易經當成占卜凶吉的工具，它更是一本心靈輔導手冊。 <br /> <br /> <br />加入會員，支持節目： <a href="https://cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2.firstory.io/join" target="_blank">https://cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2.firstory.io/join</a> <br />留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2/comments">https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2/comments</a></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>

重新定義時間
<p> 題目：時間是什麼？ <br />大意：我們都不曾理解時間。 <br /> <br />本來是要討論一個在農曆年想出的想法，叫做「易經的秘密」，但其中牽扯到時間的概念，我認為還是先談談我自己對時間的看法，下一篇再討論關於我對易經的看法。 <br /> <br />什麼叫時間？這裡我們不談論光速不變、不談論時間膨脹、更不用說狹義相對論中的同時性。 <br /> <br />在大多數人的腦中，問及時間的時候，我們大多會想到三個答案：過去、現在、未來。我們都能很輕易地接受這三個答案，但是……你從來不會懷疑嗎？懷疑這是否只是我們的幻覺呢？ <br /> <br />上世紀的偉大科學家愛因斯坦，曾在一封悼念信中寫道：對於我們這些篤信物理學的人來說，時間就是一種頑固且持久的幻覺。 <br /> <br />當然啦！很多人用這句話來解讀，認為時間不存在。而我自己也嘗試去思考，時間到底存在與否，對於時間我們是否真的無能為力？ <br /> <br />最後，我想到一個十分精簡的解答。 <br /> <br />時間的存在與否，在於使用何種角度去看待。 <br />若是在物理世界中，則時間存在。 <br />若是在意識世界中，則時間不存在。 <br /> <br />※ <br /> <br />本篇我們著重在物理世界中的時間就可以了，那麼物理世界中的時間，就是所謂的過去、現在、未來嗎？ <br /> <br />我認為，只有現在，才是真實存在的。 <br /> <br />過去與未來皆不可證明其存在，過去只存在於我們的記憶當中，不論是照片還是影像都不是最有力的證據，而未來更是我們的幻想，因為當未來到來的那一瞬間，它就成為了過去。 <br /> <br />假設，你現在坐在電腦前，不遠處的桌上有一杯水，你決定起身，十秒鐘後拿起水杯喝水。這是你腦中的想像，也是你往後十秒內的未來，但當你拿起水杯的瞬間，你的未來就已經成為了，只存在於腦中的過去。 <br /> <br />事實證明，我們永遠只有現在、永遠只有當下。我們唯有改變現在的機會，因為當我們改變了現在，就等同於改變了未來的過去。 <br /> <br />小額贊助支持本節目： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2" target="_blank">https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2</a> <br />留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <a href="https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2/comments">https://open.firstory.me/user/cksq1i14ccmse0938d26j3nv2/comments</a></p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me/zh">Firstory Hosting</a>

理論與實踐
