<p>South Carolina football players Caleb Herring, Jacarrius Peak, Tomiwa Durojaiye and Jordan Thomas trade the trenches for the kitchen in Part 1 of this pasta-making challenge at Dorsia Pasta.<br>The Gamecocks learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, including mixing and kneading the dough, shaping cavatelli and attempting to master several handmade pasta techniques.
