#37: Be Brave and Step Into The Unknown

Life is uncertain. We don’t actually know what’s around the corner, and that can be really scary.

In this episode, I’m talking about being brave enough to step into the unknown anyway. How fear is a normal part of growth, why staying in your comfort zone can quietly keep you stuck, and why some of the hardest or most uncertain moments in life often lead us somewhere better than we expected.

If you’re standing in front of something right now that feels a little scary but also exciting, this is your reminder that you don’t need to have everything figured out before you take the next step.

Sometimes the only way to discover what’s waiting for you is to be brave enough to turn the corner.

#36: To My Singles on Valentine’s Day

If you’re single on Valentine’s Day and feeling a little sad about it, this episode is for you.

Not in a “just love yourself” way, because honestly… people are tired of hearing that. Romantic love is real, it’s a specific experience, and it’s normal to want it.

In this quick episode, I’m talking about why being single isn’t proof that you’re behind or unlovable, it’s just proof that you haven’t met the right person yet. And why being alone is still better than being in a relationship where you aren’t cared for, chosen, or treated with real love.

If today feels heavy, let yourself feel it, but don’t let this day trick you into lowering your standards or going back to someone who already showed you who they are.

You deserve real love. And it exists.

Happy Valentine’s Day. 🤍

Your Trauma Isn’t Your Fault, But Healing Is Your Job

What happened to you is not your fault. The trauma, the grief, the pain, the things you didn’t deserve, none of it is your fault.

But healing from it is your responsibility.

And I don’t mean that in a harsh “get over it” way. I mean it in a real life way. Because if you don’t start healing, you’ll bleed on people who didn’t cut you. You’ll keep reacting from old wounds, sabotaging good things, pushing away love, and living your life through the lens of what hurt you instead of who you are now.

In this episode, I talk about why healing is messy, slow, and uncomfortable, but also necessary if you want peace, stability, and a life that actually feels good. You’re allowed to grieve forever if you need to, but you also deserve to be functional, grounded, and free.

This is your reminder that no one is coming to save you, but you don’t need saving. You need to choose yourself, one small decision at a time.
