The Power Of Momentum
This episode is about keeping your word to yourself and committing to action! Momentum is a vector quantity; i.e., it has both magnitude and direction. The small actions you do today can effect your tomorrow rather good or bad. YOU are the determining factor of your tomorrow! We explain the physics an phycology behind habits and the production of momentum! Bria & I speak on our personal experiences and ways to keeping the momentum.
Our lives tend to spiral and seem chaotic when we aren't intentional about learning who we really are! Social Media, family, and outside factors can distract us from standing up from our born being.
