And then add to that that Black women in particular are less likely to be prescribed hormone therapy. And all the assumptions that happen that are part of the medical establishment about assumptions about pain and pain threshold and tolerance. It's all rather insidious, and it does translate to adverse outcomes in the workplace, too. And again, just as I rattled through the various laws on the books for protections on discrimination, add to the multiple identities that people have and hold, that racial discrimination, too, when you add that to the mixed, It becomes that much more treacherous to manage.
