In today’s episode I go in depth about what self confidence is and ways to help you with your own self confidence to help build that positive mindset throughout your life. I share my story as well to explain to others the struggles I went through with self confidence and how to overcome it and grow from it so people can know they’re not alone and I can somehow relate to them. I also share a submission I received from a wonderful girl who shares her story as well and the struggles she went through and how she’s progressed with her self confidence in today’s world. I just want to explain to people from all around the world that they’re not alone when it comes to self confidence and low self confidence is something you can grow from!
