A Cup of Zo was a passion project that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic. Zoë wanted to create a space to learn & talk about taboo health topics. Now, it functions as a time capsule of Zoë's first year in college. The unarchived episodes are her followers' most loved episodes with passionate guests. The archived episodes contain personal details that Zo no longer feels comfortable sharing on the internet.

Update 5/2026: Since its original publication date, the societal dialogue on these topics has evolved significantly. Especially with the rise of AI, the right to privacy discussed later in the episode has very different implications now. Autonomy, the right to make choices for your own health, and accountability are all just as important now, if not more so, compared to 5 years ago.
Sophia Deloretto: a former stripper, triple major in undergrad, feminist, politician, self-proclaimed future president, and one of my oldest friends. On the eleventh episode of Cup of Zo, Soph talks about her life as she does the opposite of the norm in basically every possible way. This one is entertaining and was SO fun to record. Enjoy!

8: Let's Talk About Sex PART 2 w/ Martina (a sex educator)
STIs, body hair, shame, masturbation, how to orgasm, butt stuff... it's all discussed in this episode. In the second part of my interview with my guest, Martina, we answer all of your questions with zero judgement and all facts (she knows her sh*t). Martina also prompts us to ask ourselves questions like... what are we enjoying? what works for us? do I feel this way in other scenarios? why do I want sex? what is sex for? when do I feel aroused and why? what does it mean to have a healthy sexual relationship with yourself and others?
For the diagram that Martina references for the female reproductive system's anatomy when turned on, click this link: https://www.anatomyofpleasure.org/about (and explore the website!)
TW: sexual violence, coercion, sex. While the topic is sex education, the mere conversation of sex can still be triggering for some folks. The topic of consent, or lack thereof, is also discussed. Do not hesitate to take a pause or stop listening if a lot of strong emotions arise. You are loved and safe here!

7: Let's Talk About Sex PART 1 w/ Martina (a sex educator)
In this first part of the "Let's Talk About Sex" episodes, my guest Martina talks about her experience as a sex educator, how she got where she is, shares her valuable perspective on finding your sexuality, educates us on the orgasm gap, sex positivity, and SO much more. The episode is filled with positivity, acceptance, and validation of all of our emotions. Only listen if you feel like getting a metaphorical hug from this woman.
TW: Sexual violence, sex. While the topic is sex positivity, the mere conversation of sex can still be triggering for some folks. Do not hesitate to take a pause or stop listening if any harsh emotions arise. You are loved and safe here!
