Over the years and through the many things that I have been though I've always had a tendency to think way too much whether before, after, or during these events. Today I had a conversation with my cousin that ended up enlightening me on a very strong influence on my mental toils. I have a horrible tendency to step into my own way when it comes to being presented with something beneficial to my life in any aspect. I am trying hard to get out my own head and way moving forward so please take the time to listen to my perspective on this subject.

Trying something new by talking with others, so with this episode I showcased a conversation I had recently that helped me to understand something about myself. When it comes to conversing and opening up about myself I truly have a hard time with this aspect of my journey. I can tell I've gotten better but i still have a ways to go.
