So if you are an event pro and you are listening to this, I would say like don't panic because I think anytime someone says the word like competition, it's like alarm bells go off, but we have to be realistic. There are a lot of people trying to get these jobs. And I don't think the answer is to look at everyone new to the industry and assume they're taking opportunities away from experienced event pros. And, you know, we have to realize that the event industry does need a big workforce and it needs experienced people, especially in the planning and the managing. […]
